These interviews not only assessed my technical competencies but also provided in-depth insights into the company culture and the structure of the team. However, despite the overall positive experience, there were some challenges in communication and coordination. At what I believed was the final stage of the process, I was surprised to learn about an additional stage. This lack of clarity emphasized the need for better coordination between HR and the interviewing team. Furthermore, there was a transition in my HR point of contact during the process, which resulted in delayed responses to my inquiries. This was very disappointing and highlighted the importance of consistent communication throughout the interview process. No tasks where required.
