Monks Software Development Manager interview questions

The recruiter sent me a link to an "asynchronous" interview. 6-8 super easy questions like strengths and weaknesses and also how I build team culture. Answers are limited to 1 min or 90seconds. Its not enough time to give a legit answer. I can't imagine the kind of person they end up hiring. I wouldn't expect them to be very good at the job. Probably the worst interview experience I've had.
