First 10 minutes was wasted by the manager trying to explain the company and role With less than 10 minutes to go they poorly described a scenario for which you have to instantly answer. Unsure how this can be deemed effective when those describing it don’t appear to understand it themselves. I asked multiple questions about the business including some about interest rates. I would expect the manager to be able to clearly articulate commercial answers but they appeared to have no answer, despite being very close to the subject in their day to day. No feedback or response of any kind after wasting an hour of your time.
