Interview
Very professional. There were separate and distinct psychometric test rounds. Leadership potential, empathy levels, professional and personal etiquette as well as cultural sensitivity were tested. Then the personal interview was interspersed with technical knowledge testing. The interview process was conducted by just the HR and technical program manager.
