Interview
Was contacted for initial interview (virtual) about a month after submitting application. The role was in Seattle but the interviewer was someone from HR in Chicago so I couldn’t really ask questions particular to the Seattle office. Was contacted for second interview (again virtual) by two people who manage the legal assistants, location unknown. One of them didn’t show up which seemed very unprofessional. After both interviews, I had followed up same day with thank-you emails. No response either time, even though I went out of my way to ask the HR assistant for their emails. They ghosted me even when I asked for a follow-up 2 weeks later.
Five rounds: one screening with HR, one with managing team, one with current Legal Assistants in office/practice group of choice, one with associates/partners in office/practice group of choice, one in person with legal support team in office closest to current location.

Tell me about a mistake you made and how you handled it.
First, I completed a pre-recorded interview, then I completed a phone screen that asked about logistics, then I completed a virtual interview with two people from the company, then an in person interview.
