I was recommended by former friend. I was called more than six years and it was more times offered me lower salary than I want to accept. They called me for every new project during these years.

Question 1
There is nothing special. They had everything in my CV. General Manager talked to me and just wanted to assure me that I will get a bonus after successful job completion. Of course they track our progress and they calculate all the time when to cut my participation in the job and to avoid to pay bonus.
