Morris & Ritchie Associates Senior Structural Engineer interview questions

The interview was a one-on-one with the structural engineering principal. He claimed he was begging for help because two of the engineers had left the firm. The Principal highlighted all of the projects they had in the pipeline. It appeared to be lots of work. The process was rigged because they gave it to an internal hire. This person left the firm 18 months ago. The Principal told me he would keep me in mind for any future openings. When I asked him to put that in an email, he scoffed at me. There was age discrimination throughout the interview because the Principal was younger than me. The only reason I was interviewed is so the firm could fulfill their EEOC requirements. Just imagine if I had flown out there to be interviewed. I would have wasted thousands of dollars in plane tickets, rental car, and hotel.
