Morrison Industries interview questions

The interview process for me included a casual phone interview screening then a Microsoft Teams Interview. I didn’t advance to the in person interview. The entire process was a waste of time for me. They ultimately told me that they selected someone with industry knowledge. My background is automotive - they new they wanted someone with industry knowledge during the initial selection. I feel companies should respect candidates time rather than meeting and checking off diversity boxes for HR.
