The first stage involved doing a remote exercise. If they were satisfied with the remote exercise, they'd invite you to a telephone interview.
I got to the telephone interview stage. I chased for feedback a week later and my interviewer responded that they'd try and get back to me with feedback as soon as they can. Over two weeks had since passed and they never got back to me, so I chased again....no response.
Very disappointing, considering their first stage required the applicant to invest their time to complete a remote exercise before a telephone interview is even scheduled. Yet they can't show the simple courtesy of updating an applicant who chased them for feedback on more than one occasion.
I've since seen job vacancies posted by them, but after my applicant/candidate experience with them left me with such a negative impression, I've not applied for any of their recent vacancies.
