Two back-to-back interviews with a senior manager and a partner. All questions were behavioral and very relaxed and conversational. Gave me a lot of time to ask questions near the second half of the interview.
The first round was a brief chat with the recruiter, just to get to know you. Second round they did not ask me too many questions aside from "Tell me about yourself", but the whole session was dedicated to the applicant asking questions to the firm.
The interview process was pretty casual and standard. I got a first initial video call with the recruiter–about 15 mins long, then the following week was set up to interview with two managers. It was two 30-minute interviews back to back. So one interview was with one senior manager, and the next 30-minute round was with another manager. I was asked the typical behavioral questions, and then they turned the mic over to me, and I had to ask questions for the remaining time. So I spent 10-15 mins answering questions for each manager, and was asked to ask questions the rest of the time. Prepare to ask a lot of questions, and really good questions.
