Interview
The process was long, but for a role like this, that seems pretty standard. There were a couple of 1-1 interviews, a written portion, and a panel interview. Many of the questions were campaign and scenario based.

Question 1
I thought the work exercise was helpful to get a sense for the organization. They gave one question on campaign-planning and one question on management, and then you had to create a presentation to describe your work. It was a long exercise, but I appreciated that they compensated ($$) me for the time.
