It started as a pretty normal process. first, a generic call with a recruiter to discuss the job description. Then I spoke to the hiring manager. The final part of the process was an in-person interview .

Normal experience questions. There was literally NOTHING out of the way about the process. The in-person interview was not expected, but I was making accommodations to take the day off to join in-person.
