Motiv interview questions

The interview with Motiv consisted of an initial interview with the CEO and a follow-up interview with one PDM and one TAM. The focus of both interviews was around experience in the tech space and ability to work with stakeholders. A big focus was around the overall fit from a personality and demeanor aspect.

Standard interview process. I got an offer, but its less than the advertised minimum on angelist of 120k, offer was 100k salary, 10k annual bonus, 7.5k options, thats less than what I am making now. They were unwilling to compete on the initial offer they gave me. Overall the interview process was good; however, when the company lies about the offer they're making, namely the range of the offer was 120k-160k in total compensation and they make me a final offer for less than that, I'd recommend you not work for such a company.
