I applied online and heard back within one day. They asked me to come in for an interview the same exact day. I came in the next day for two hours. At first, I was given a 15 question test. All the questions were open ended. Then, I sat down with two employees for over an hour and a half. Once I left the interview, I followed up with the individuals I interviewed with and received no response. I did not hear from Motivated Marketing for over a month and a half... After a month and a half went by, I received a very generic HR rejection email. VERY disappointed in the process after I took two hours out of my current job to interview with no response for an inappropriate amount of time.

Applied online, received a phone call requesting an interview ~2 days later. Came in for interview, completed 2 page test (calculate CPC, define SEM, etc), had a 2 hour interview with the Manager - went very well, 80% of the time it was off topic and upbeat/fun. Was called to schedule follow-up interview with remainder of staff (Manager’s Manager, & my 2 potential Co-Workers). Also went well, no test this time just informational stuff/questions to see if it’s a good fit. They said they would let me know by the end of the week - left the interview and got an offer over the phone less than an hour later.
