I was really excited about the opportunity to lead the talent team with this exciting company, but was deflated after meeting with hiring manager about the role. The company and CEO seem amazing, but the interview process was long and they didn't focus on my skills during the interview process. The management team lacked interviewing skills. I know that they are a fast growing company, but they need someone to lead the talent team that can teach them proper interviewing skills. They asked inappropriate questions during the interview. My advice is get training before you move forward with any more interviews!

I found the process pretty straightforward but was extremely unimpressed with the caliber of their recruiting team. Spelling errors, poor candidate experience, and illegal questions. I’d recommend avoiding this place if you are in recruiting.
