Very Structured with an initial interview followed by a Case study and then after that
Telephone role play to gather information and facts. Final interview involved putting together a Presentation which forms part of final interview.

Interview
Unusual, the first stage was an assessment day with around 12 people. There were team exercises, the group got smaller in the afternoon and 4 people were selected for an interview which was conducted at the end of the day. The second stage involved travelling up to the Head Office whereby I had to create a presentation. I had to present my hobby, strengths and weaknesses of one of their products/ how to improve and the importance and strengths and weaknesses of a website with the same format.

Interview
Group based morning with group discussions and presentations based on scenarios you were given, nice lunch, and then individual interviews during the afternoon. Not everyone was given an interview in the afternoon after selecting who they liked from the group discussions. Difficult to tell how they decided who would be interviewed.
