Ice breaker exercise, followed by group task and presentation and finally a group debate on random, uninspiring and boring topics in which everybody was jumping in to try and get a word in edgeways . Interviewers showed clear preferential treatment towards certain candidates and it was obvious who was going to be picked before any of the activities had started. Very poor experience overall.
