The position was posted on a job board online and I applied. Within a few days, I received an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was fine, just discussing previous experience. I was invited in for an interview over the phone. When I got to the interview I was asked to fill out forms for a background check. The interview again went over experience and project management and situational questions. I never heard from them after that.
