Motorola Solutions interview questions

The interview was a recruiter screen. The recruiter joined late and the conversation felt heavily scripted with limited back-and-forth discussion. Several questions were unclear in wording, and I had to ask for clarification multiple times. Overall, the process felt disjointed and I did not get a clear understanding of the role or expectations. Communication afterward was prompt, and I received a decision within a few business days, which I appreciated. Overall, though, the interview felt more like a checklist than a conversation, and I left without a clear understanding of the role or how success would be measured.

2-3 rounds, on campus oppourtunity, but interview was in the office, they gave some mcq's all related to java, and next all rounds are face to face interview, all questions are from java and resume based
