I applied online. I interviewed at Motorway (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
Rounds were: TA , Tech round, Culture round.
Poor communication from their talent acquisition people. Ghosted right after the tech round with no feedback. Tech round was alright, but not quite aligned to the role imo.
The interviewers on the tech round were nice at least. Seemed liked good people to work with

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Motorway in Mar 2025
Interview
Really unimpressed with the lack of respect shown to candidates. You really shouldn't offer feedback if you are then going to ghost us when we ask for it. I can see from the glassdoor reviews that this has happened to many candidates. We are just discarded as soon as we are not useful to you.
Otherwise, seemed a fairly standard interview process.

The process was well thought out and thorough. The stages covered EQ and tech experience with opportunities to show initiative. The interviewers were friendly and supportive during in depth Q and A. Most notably they were open to discussing the pros and cons of a variety of technologies, architectures and also variations of agile approaches with a solid reference to the values and principles of agile.
