Mott Community College interview questions

One round with HR and 3 to follow. They were communicative throughout the whole process. They wanted to understand my background and emphasized inclusivity. They took about two weeks to write an offer.

I attended an open house regarding the need for part time faculty at this college. Afterward I spoke with a full time instructor who teaches the same course. He recommended me for the job. Finally I had a one on one interview with the Dean of that area. HR completed the required background checks and verification of my advanced degrees.
