Phone interview, in person group interview, offer. The phone interview was the meat and potatoes of the thing. They addressed the role in detail and the skill set needed. The in person seemed like playing office. In hindsight I barely interacted with anyone in that interview while I was employed there.

Given a tour of campus, asked to provide graduate school transcripts, met other professors. Discussed classes I’d be willing to teach and a bit about the culture at Mount Mary. I was not asked about my career plans or what I expected. It was basically just a chance to meet me.
