Interview
The first stage was a telephone interview, followed by face to face at their office and then came back a second time to do a presentation. I was advised that the presentation should be around 30-45mins long, which equated to around 20+ slides and took quite a bit of preparation time. I haven't heard anything from them since, not even a no but thanks for your time. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

Interview
After a 1st round telephone interview, a second stage interview was supposed to be arranged, however after 3 weeks of chasing, they had already offered the role to another candidate without ever scheduling my interview. Very unprofessional.
No feedback was given after being explicitly requested.

Interview
Interviewed for the role, interview experience was good. We had a nice chat with the CEO & salesmanager about the role and what Movebubble is looking for. After the interview my positive vibe with the organisation decreased big time. The feedback process is terrible. I got rejected after a super positive interview (feedback of the hiring manager), because a lack of experience (during the interview we never spoke about this).
After sending multiple emails and attempts to speak to the CEO on the phone to ask for feedback (which they ignored), they came back with feedback after ringing the office within 20 minutes. In the feedback email they mentioned the interview was very positive but I got rejected because a lack of experience (my experience wasn't discussed during the interview).
I replied with an email to ask what they mean with experience they never got back to me and ignored me... I suggested to have a short 5 minute call to explain to me what they mean with lack of experience this so I could understand the "why". Apparently they are both too busy to use 5 minutes of their valuable time to be honest and clarify the rejection after ignoring someone for multiple days.
Very disappointing after a very positive interview experience.
