The first interview was a phone screen. After about a month I was contacted for two technical interviews, one on my Python/SQL knowledge and the other about statistics. All the interview was through their Skype like platform. The first one had only one person, the other two had two people interviewing. You can see they put effort in organising the process at best, but overall I found the organisation quite lacking.
