Hiring process is very good. They take technical interview which is mostly telephonic. After technical there is one manager round which is mostly on past project experiences and the expectations. last round is HR round where salary is negotiated.

Interview
Mphasis recruitment process usually consists of 3 rounds of selection.
Round 1: Aptitude test (using AMCAT platform)
Round 2: Tool based communication test or Coding round
Round 3: Panel Interview
Technical Manager : This was one of the toughest interview as the manager was very technical and was vey clear and made clear on what question he was asking
Once technical round is cleared HR will call for Salary negotiations and once this process completed it will not take more then 2 weeks to release the offer
