I was very surprised by the way the interview process was handled. I had already been interviewed just two months prior, yet when I was invited back for an in-person round, I was asked the similar behavioral and technical questions. It gave the impression that the team did not remember my previous interview or take the time to review my background before meeting me again. What was especially frustrating is that I never reapplied or expressed renewed interest—yet I was brought back into the process, only to be rejected once more. It felt inconsiderate and disrespectful, especially when it appeared a referred candidate was being prioritized and I was brought back in unnecessarily. This experience left me with a very negative impression of the company’s recruitment approach. I am no longer interested in any opportunities with this organization and would not recommend the interview process to others.
