At first very positive, Multiverse reached out to me, having read my profile on LinkedIn, a pre-screen interview/talk and then AI interview, 40min, with the right prep "this is ok' , After the screening, I got an invitation to a personal/real-life interview with the senior recruiter. This went well, positive, clear steps, with the statement. as Multiverse was/is very eager to fulfil this position asap. - " if the VP of sales has seen your AI interview, he will request a sales track overview, which will mean you will have an interview' this request came, submitted this overview with all its details. Then it went silent... no response... ghosting, ..no interview... after 3 weeks an automated response ' sorry you are not selected' ?? a bit weird to say the least. ( and no word on the data or the AI recording)
