1) HR screening, 2) hiring manager, 3) panel interview with cross-functional folks, 4) presentation with hiring manager and cross-functional team member
I didn't find the process to be efficient or a good use of my time. I found that some of the people conducting the interview did not come prepared and did not use the time wisely. I ultimately decided to opt out of the process at the presentation as I felt like it was a lot to ask of someone without compensation.

Interview
I had a phone conversation with HR, followed by a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager interview consisted of technical opinion questions, which left almost no time at the end for my own questions. It felt odd at that stage of the process. They said there were “no right or wrong answers,” however I did not make it past that stage which was a career first for me.
