The recruiter was very engaged at first. I had a prescreening call with them and then was called back for an interview with the hiring manager which was a very pleasant experience. Then, was called back to do a 30-mins live practice of the technology with a simulation specialist, which was recorded for later review. Finally, I was requested to complete a 1.5 hours exercise. After this entire time investment, the recruiter flat out ghosted me without so much as letting me know if I am still considered or rejected.
