Things might have changed since 2010 I had to be interviewed by 3 managers then after I got hired I had to watch a few videos about the company some of it was pretty boring some interesting. Fill out a contract stating that I wont release any information about their buying process to any competitor and than If I am terminated I cant solicit work form any competitor for at least 1 year . I guess to keep their buying secrets from getting out and any other information that could cause them to lose sales from an ex employee going to another Music store to work. Over all not a bad experience you do get paid for all that it took about 3 hrs to get through it all.
