Interview/hiring was very quick, with about one hour long interview/shop tour, and a later phone conversation with the operations manager. I found out later the same day as the interview that I was being offered the job, which was nice. The operations manager is a very rapid-fire sort of guy, so decisions tend to get made fast, make a good first impression!
