With multiple rounds, it continued for more than a week. Starting from the HR to technical, assignments, and then with the founder, everything went well. They liked the assignment and the work I had done so far. But to be honest they were not sure what they were looking for. Lack of vision is what I saw after connecting with them. The management is super unprofessional. Even after following up on the application, they did not respond. Instead of replying back they just ghosted. Could have at least written back with a No, if a person is giving their time for the role.
