I had to show how I would tutor a few questions. It was timed and virtual. I had to answer around five questions about tutoring and general wellbeing of students and how to ensure they were safe.

If a student doesn’t respond well how do I continue?
It was a video interview where you do a video and it is checked. It was pretty straightforward.
You need certain grades to tutor certain subjects. But, this is variable.

5 minutes to think about and record question about motivations. 20 minutes to think about and record teaching scenario question. 5 minutes to think about and record another teaching scenario question. Can choose from various questions for subject before starting interview process.

Explain how to find the expression, in terms of n, for the nth term of this sequence.
How can I identify triangles that are congruent and similar to each other?
What is 0.65 as a fraction? Give your answer in its simplest form.
Find the value of 64^-1/2
Mixture of motivational (eg. Why do you want to be a tutor?) and technical (eg. describe how you would explain arithmetic sequences to a student?) questions. Overall, very smooth experience and no issues with the platform they use to deliver the interview
