Interview
The interview process was fair and straightforward, I had several phone calls with the hiring manager before coming into the office and meeting the team. The team communicated what was expected of me and what I would be doing in the role throughout the process, and being months into the job, I can say the job description was very accurate. The interview process only took a couple of weeks in total, so I greatly appreciated the conciseness and quick communication.

How do you handle difficult situations or interactions with customers when you don't have all the information at hand? How do you problem solve in fast-paced environments?
The interview process was pretty typical. Had a screen interview, which was followed by an in-person interview. After the in-person interview, there was one more phone interview with the Director.
