There was no interview process for me. Months after I applied for a position, I received an email to schedule an interview and for me to let them know my availability. I replied right away with my availability. About a week later, I followed up because I had not heard anything. It is a month later, I still have not heard anything from them.
Simple very smooth process and heard back in good time. Initial call, talk to recruiter, other teams you may work with. overall, good process and would recommend to those who are interested.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NAACP (Washington, DC) in Apr 2023
Interview
Initially, I was very delighted to be reached out by a legendary civil & human rights group that has a lasting legacy in the U.S. The interview process was going fine until I noticed by they were "restructuring"... the entire process after the 1st interview became very unprofessional & a waste of time. At the end, they tried to change the type of roles I was interviewing for, which also threw me off. I really hope no one else has my experience. It was 3 months of interviewing thinking I had it in the bag, only to get a rejection nearly 2 months after. After dealing with their massive unprofessionalism, an offer could have been extended, but I think it's a blessing in disguise to avoid an organization that is falling apart structurally.
