The team was very welcoming and informative in providing all the information regarding the role and responsibilities. Everyone was very open to answering all of my questions and it was very clear what each step would be. I first had a phone screening with the recruiter and heard back in a few hours to schedule a virtual interview. I met with the hiring managers who told me all about the role and they were very nice and had a lot of knowledge. I then heard from the recruiter to schedule a second interview in person and was able to see the building that I would be working in and everyone made me feel very comfortable in the process.

Had to fill out a personality and company culture quiz to start. Then was called to set up a phone interview. Phone interview went well and interviewer was extremely nice to talk to. They were the best part of everything. Ended interview with them saying that they'd refer everything upwards and I should get a call in a few days. Never recieved a call or any response after following up and then later found the position removed from their website/linkedin. I'd have no problem with this if they simply had the courtesy to say I'm not the right fit or they're more interested in other candidates. Acting like a candidate is going further and then ghosting them is not good practice and does not uphold their company's standards of intergity.
