Applied online then conducted virtual interview with four people. Series of questions geared toward things you've done in school. The online application is easy but the actual interview was sort of intense. Took about 30 minutes where you answered around 5 questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you did not agree with a decision made by one of your teammates in a group project and how you approached that scenario.
I was asked mostly behavioral questions with a follow-up on which project I was most proud of as a STEM major. There were five interviewers total and they took turns introducing themselves and explaining the timeline as well as the program.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NASA (Edwards AFB, CA) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. Phone interview began with talking about experiences and learning about what the department I was applying to does. Then there were some technical questions but nothing crazy complex.
Easy process. After meeting with pathways office, a hiring manager called for phone interview. After that they brought me in person to meet in a very informal setting. Overall the process was great
