It was through an online portal that had so many different phases. You had to answer to a question on a video recording. Also had some mini-games that had to do with math.
Long, very old-fashioned, and inpersonal way of interview. Irrelevant pyschomatric tests that are not inclusive are part of the process. No feedback and lack of care for candidates. Not a welcoming process at all.
