First met with the hiring manager who was also the owner of the company. He made the job description sound super easy to defend the minimal salary offering. The interview lasted about 1 hour. The second interview consisted of a group interview with 3 other Account Executives. Simple questions were asked and the interview lasted about 1 hour. I received a phone call offering me the job within 2 business days from the owner. I was asked to start work immediately but I decided to start within a few days.
