Interview
My university hosted a job fair and was greeted at their stand. Friendly and informative, they give a folder of salary list, how it will change when you moved up. Then I was interviewed scheduled the following week.
Took almost a year for a hiring action and another 4 months to onboard. If you have your hopes up and can wait, go for it. But the interview was easy and even a junior specialist would accel.

Interview
The interview process was really great. The panel was nice the questions were all geared to contracting and you answer in the STAR model. It is not difficult if you have the experience.
