Very vague, was not clear on salary or job role, sent me off on an assessment day with people who had barely any experience in the working industry. They then asked me for petrol money when I wasn't even made aware that we would be going out of town so I think that was really unprofessional.
So there's no salary, your self employed and basically if you don't manage to sign up people to the charity you are promoting then you don't make any money. If your 18 and have no experience this is amazing but I'm 27 and they could blatantly see on my cv I have more experience than needed so rather than wasting my time they should have been honest before sending me on a rubbish assessment day to staines !
In the confirmation email it said the whole day will finish by 5.30, therefore I made plans for 6. But they wouldn't be leaving staines until 5.15 meaning I wouldn't get home til gone 7, therefore I was told I can leave and make my own way home. Yet again terrible experience. Would never recommend this company.
