Panel interview (with three people) over a video call. They took turns asking questions, apparently they asked the same questions to each candidate. They were all behavioural questions. There was no back-and-forth. They asked a question, I responded, then they asked another question, and so on.

6 questions. Very scripted so hard to gauge the emotions of the panel. Lots of questions regarding organization, project experience, team work. They decide pretty quick and move you to the next step. They ask for and contact references.
