Received email to schedule same day phone screen. Basic background questions; good conversation. I was told of next steps and felt like I'd made the cut and that I'd heard back soon; followed up two days later with a thank you but never heard back. I noticed the role changed to Coordinator (Entry Level); I emailed the person I spoke to - no response. Maybe he'll call but at this point, I'd ignore it. Poor practice; don't assume someone won't take a job based on title change and/or don't make a person feel like they are a contender.
