Interview
The Interview went super well and wasn't intimidating at all. Did a simple exam, and spoke to the system admin afterward. We went over it and explained why i did certain things. They ask general questions about the job, and to test your technical knowledge. specifics came later with an exam.

they ask you to write some SQL, and some JAVA/C++ code, to see your level of expertise.
