I am sorry your experience was so negative, your feedback does help. Unfortunately it seems this is a case of just being misinformed, or a lack of research. Our retail partners do in fact hold contracts with us to represent our clients, and yes our retail partners are in fact fortune 500 companies. Direct TV is also in fact a client of ours, and is also a fortune 500 company. We are proud to represent the brands and companies that we do, and by no means hide that we are a promotional marketing firm that works direct marketing campaigns. One look at our website would have led you to see that. We do have internship programs with the local universities which probably led the interviewing manager to ask what it is you are looking for, some internships do have specific requirements. As for the secretary I am sure she was only explaining to you why she was not answering the phone, for she was probably not our secretary.
