NEVADA CAREER INSTITUTE interview questions

-Required to complete a paper application after completing an online application. -Interviewed with the Director as well as Reporting Manager -Asked to act if you were actually in the job - how would you react to specific situations As I waiting for my interview to take place it was very loud in the waiting area from the employees in their cubes. Employees were loud while talking on the phone as well as interacting with each another. In the interview, it was stated they wanted an employee with professionalism. However, I did not observe any professionalism while in the office. The office was very unprofessional, employees were not dressed professionally. There were students coming in and they were very loud as well while speaking with the employee. They were gossiping about instructors which is was very unprofessional while you are waiting to see if this is an option for employment. The surrounding area was not very appealing. It was across from a gas station and a small airport it was not well kept. The strip mall in which the school was located had a few places to have lunch and complete a few errands. Overall, the interview was a learning experience as far as what to look for when looking for employment. If you there are red flags while waiting for interview. It may not be a good place to work.
