It was organized, and straight forward. Got to meet team leaders that made sure I understood responsibilities of a lifeguard. They ensured that time management and customer service were prioritized and my certifications were up to date.

I was interviewed by someone that doesn't work the site.
I wasn't anything about the job particularly. Everything seemed easy going. I was hired on the spot. We were talking about TV shows and Netflix more than anything. They also was talking about how another employee was recently fired for sleeping.
