I haven't got promoted officially yet, but I am in charge of an account at one of the buildings. The interview process is simple, they will ask the questions, so do yourself a favor and be honest with them. You invest in them, they will invest in you.

Interview
Told them where I worked and what I was looking for, lead me to believe I would advance very fast that did not happen. A few of us feel that if you are not part of the in crowd you will never get anywhere. You either work a 10 hour day or a 12 hour day
