I was contacted by a female recruiter. We set up the phone interview by email. At the phone interview she seemed rushed. About a week later I was contacted to come in the office for another interview. The office is really nice and aviation themed. I sat in the lobby area and the lady at the front desk was very welcoming. After sitting for 10 minutes after my interview time I was taken back to participate in two tests. This seemed to be unorganized. Finally, I was taken to a conference room and was interviewed by one of the head pilots, another man, and a female. The female came in late to the interview and we had to start over. The two gentleman were pleasant, the female acted like she was irritated to be in the interview and was rude. It was very unprofessional. The overall interview was as expected otherwise.
