NIS AD Manager interview questions

By far the worst selection process I have ever participated in my life! After the second round, I was so shocked by psychopathic manners used during the interview, and that was my main motivation to share that with you. 1-1 interview lasted for almost 2 hours, and it was part humiliating me as a candidate, part stress test in an attempt to find my weak spots and dig into them, part plain bad manners. I still cannot believe that this kind of behavior is present, let alone acceptable in the corporate setting.

First i was contacted from the HR department and had an interview in which we went through my previous experience and the way company will benefit by employing me. Later i had to run some generic tests (logical and test of inteligence). Then i had an interview with the management of the company that would be superior to me and finally got an job offer
